Terms and Conditions
Package subject to availability at voco® Gold Coast.
Includes 1 night accommodation and 1 x 2-hour beginner surf lesson per stay day per person.
Minimum age for surf lessons is 12 years old.
Surf lesson includes board, wetsuit, and instruction; all participants must be able to swim.
Breakfast included; other meals and extras are additional.
Booking minimum 7 days before stay.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before arrival.
No-shows may incur full charges.
Guests participate in surf lessons at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions.
Package cannot be combined with other offers.
Management may modify or cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Surfing lessons will not be cancelled due to rain, but maybe cancelled if the conditions are deemed to be dangerous, or if the surf is too small to run a class, in which a surf lesson refund will be provided.
Surf lesson refunds will be given providing at least 24h notice is given.
If guests fail to arrive or cancel on the day, then they will forfeit their payment.
In the circumstance that a surf lesson is cancelled by Go Ride a Wave for any reason above less than 24h before arrival or during the stay, it does not give a refund for the hotel stay.
All customers must complete and sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form prior to each class.
voco Gold Coast is not liable for any injuries related to Go Ride a Wave.
